TELZO

Overview

TELZO is a end-user facing app that allows your clients to change call routing or outbound caller ID, without having knowledge of the PBX portal.
For one monthly fee, you can enable as many domains and users as you like.

TELZO is accessed via web browser (desktop or mobile) or via a desk phones XML browser. The XML browser function has been extensively tested and used on Yealink telephones with current firmware and some Poly phones, also via XML browser.

If you are taking constant calls from clients asking to change call routing, TELZO is for you!

TELZO has 3 modes. The first two modes handle call routing, the third handles outbound caller ID.
Modes 1 and 2 have been referred to as “Night Mode On Steroids”.

Mode 1: Call routing – “Change Mode”

In Mode 1, your users are able to select from one of many call routing rules on the assigned extension and pick the destination for inbound calls. For example, a user could chose from these 4 options:

  • Ring Calls In Office
  • Send Calls to Answering Service
  • Send Calls to Technician 1
  • Send Calls to Technician 2

Mode 1 is perfect for clients that may not adhere to call routing based on time of day, but still want the ability to decide where to send calls.

Mode 2: Call routing – “Enable / Disable Mode”

Mode 2 is built for your users that normally follow time based routing, but occasionally need to make an exception to those timed rules. An example of this would the following:

  • Send Calls to Answering Service (Enable / Disable this rule at will / When needed)
  • Business Hours Routing (M-F, 9-5)
  • After Hours Routing (After-Hours)

Mode 3: Change extension’s outbound caller ID

In Mode 3, TELZO will allow your users to select one or more extensions, and then pick from their inventory of telephone numbers. The user will be able to select their outbound caller ID from the list of numbers they have access to.
