What do you need to get started?
After signing up and making your first monthly payment, we will send you an email requesting the following information to create and setup your account(s) on the secure application server.
We will need:
- API Key
- account password
We will also send you information on how to work with the vendor to have these details created for you.
Does this work on any device?
As long as the device has a supported web browser and internet connection, you will be able to login and access the service.
What web browsers are supported?
Currently we support the following web browsers:
- Google Chrome 56+
All other browsers are not officially supported but may work.
Can we have more than one login?
Yes, you can. You can have up to 10 technicians.
Can I get a feature added?
You may submit a feature request at any time. Many current features are by the request of our current users!
Why won’t a phone reboot?
If someone is talking on the phone, the phone will not reboot until they are off the phone. Also, it can take up to 30 seconds to a minute for the specialized SIP packet to reach the phone and trigger a reboot.
How often is the information updated?
Displayed information is in real time, pulled from the Netsapiens switch using the API server. We see what the API server is currently seeing on the Netsapiens servers.
My phone is online but the application is showing the phone as offline
In some cases, phones may take up to 5 minutes to be seen as online by the API server. Since we pull from the API Server, we see what it sees as the status.
